PFP Challenge week 40

The challenge over at Passion for ProMarkers this week is set by the GDT Tracy, and she would like you to use the colours tulip yellow and baby pink and include stitching on your projects. You can dig out your sewing machines or even just add some faux stitching – it’s entirely up to you! Don’t forget you can use other colours of promarkers but the challenge colours must the predominant ones on your image.

Dotties World Sunday challenge

The challenge over at Dotties World this week is set by Louise and here is what she says:

This week I want you to think small, I'd like you to use your Charmed download on a project that is smaller than that which you would normally make.
I won't give any specific dimensions,just think dinky (small :)).......This should be fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'll look forward to seeing what you come up with xxxx

So I decided to make a book mark for my holiday books.
Here it is:

The image is from the Holly and Madison world tour collection which is available at Charmed cards and crafts

The image is coloured with ProMarkers. I used Apricot and Cocoa for the main colours and Honeycomb and Burnt Sienna for the shading.

The text is computer generated and the swirly stamps is from a See D's morsel set.

PFP Challenge week 39

The challenge over at Passion for ProMarkers this week is set by Sue and she would like to see your creations this week to include “buttons and bows”. You can use any colour promarkers for this challenge but you must follow the theme to be entered in the draw for the prize.

The sponsor this week is Letraset and one lucky winner will receive a 5 pack of promarkers.

I've done the card for my Aunt who was rushed into hospital the other day and has had to have an emergency appendectomy.

My cards is a bit of a rush this week with me just getting back from my flood damage visit to our apartment in Egypt.

Dotties World Sunday challenge

The challenge over at Dotties World this week is set by Gunn and this is what she says:


"Hello you all. It is my turn to decide this week, and I tried to make an easy challenge this time. I want monochromatic and the colour to use is WHITE - you can use from the lightest white to ivory and cream. And for a special extra I want you to use a small touch of the lightest brown. Your charmed ones is allowed to have skin and hair colors. A Charmed Download is a must, so don`t forget that one. Have fun with this one.

So here is my card:

The image is from the Mikey collection available at Charmed cards and crafts and is coloured with ProMarkers. The papers are from HOTP. I've used the Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder and an X-Cut corner punch to do the border. And the ribbons and dew drops are from my stash.

Magnolia card

The image on this card was sent to me by a very kind DC member. I've never been any good at doing cards using these images so have not bought any of the stamps, but over the last week I have used a few of the images and quite liked the cards. The rest of them are in my DC gallery but I can't upload there today for some reason, that's I'm putting it here.

The card is for my Bro-in-law who is 60 today. Happy Birthday Ian.
He is a scouse and a massive Beatles fan so this image was just perfect for him. I have a great affection for George and find him really useful for mens cards.
