Winnie White Christmas mark 111

Good afternoon once again. I'm here to share my third make using the new Winnie White Christmas products from Polkadoodles.

So on this make, which is a wooden hanging heart, I've used one of the papers and one of the paper deilice images from the Printed Papercrafting Kit. I fussy cut the image out by hand instead of a die this time just to show you how lovely they cut. I've also used lots of elements from the fabulous new USB. I can't believe how much is on this USB, it took me hours to look at everything, and it's so hard to decide what to use as it's all so lush! So I printed out lots and lots of embellies and sat and cut them all out while I was watching TV. After gluing the backing sheet onto the heart I ran around the edges with a red distress ink and added some faux stitching with a white pen. I then added some bakers twine and spiders web before attaching the image and all the embellies with 3D foam.

Christmas blues

Good Morning and Happy Choosday everyone, and that of course means that it is
as well. So after you're done here don't forget to go over to the Digi Choosday blog to grab the code and of course check out my talented teamies makes.
The challenge for you is of course anything goes but for the team this week the challenge is Christmas decorations in Blue and White, and here is my make.

This started out life as a plain chipboard decoration shape. I used  Octavia Frosted Winter to create it, along with the help of some frosted snow from Embellishment attic. I covered the base with one of the papers and roughed up the edge with some sandpaper. I then painted a line of white Gesso around the edge. I then sat for ages and fussy cut all the embellies I wanted to use. I then added some of the frosted snow where I wanted it. I had a play around with where to place the embellies until I was happy with where they were before gluing them all in place.
I have to admit when this was finished and I stood back to look and make sure I was happy with it I did a little squeal as I really loved it. That doesn't happen often with me so when it does it makes me very happy lol

I'm entering this into the following challenges:

Christmas decor

.
Good morning and Happy Choosday everyone.
Yes it's
already! So get over to the blog and grab your code and use it before midnight tonight!

This week our new challenge is to make some Christmas Home Decor.
Every year I make lots of things for the house for Christmas so this is one of my fave challenges, and here is what I have made.
This was a plain MDF  snowflake that I got at one of the craft shows this year. I have covered it with a paper from the Angelberry Christmas collection, and added some sparkle using my Graph'It Shake silver pen. Then I printed out the same paper, a sentiment and a coordinating paper onto Centura Pearl card. I used a Tattered Lace die to cut a snowflake out around the sentiment. And then used some TL dies to cut out some Poinsettia flowers and some Holly leaves. I glued them all in place and added some pearls into the centre of the flowers. This will look fab with the rest of my decorations.
Here is a close up to show you the sparkle you get from the Centura Pearl card.
