It's all about the boy

Good morning and a very happy
Today over at the Digi Choosday blog the team were challenged to make something for a male. Of course the challenge for you is as always, anything goes.
For my make I used the ever so cute Winston collection.
I used a Kraft card blank and Kraft card to may and layer as well as cream card stock. I think both go really well with this collection. I simply layered up two papers onto 3D foam, and then mounted the image onto Kraft and then cream card stock, and again mounted that using 3D foam. For a finishing touch I used one of the bows from the collection.
Here is a close up for you.
Now don't forget to go over to the blog to grab today's massive discount code, and of course to get more male inspiration from the team. See you soon everyone.

Design sheet make

 Good morning and Happy
Today over at the Digi Choosday blog the team were once again challenged to use a design sheet for their makes, and here is mine.
I've used the Winston Bear collection, which is just fabulous for male makes as well as female makes.
You can buy the collection in bits HERE
My card blank is cream which works perfectly with this collection, as does Kraft card. I've mounted everything onto 3D foam to give it dimension. The image is 3 layers of decoupage.
Now don't forget to pop over to the blog to check out what the rest of the team has made and grab today's massive discount code.

Use a design sheet

Good morning and a very happy
For this week the team were challenged to use a design sheet and I chose one from the adorable Winston collection. Here is my make

I've used a cream card blank and printed the design sheet onto cream paper to give it a different look. I've added some faux stitching around the edges of the card which I love to do but this time it fits the theme perfectly! All the elements are mounted onto 3D foam to give them more dimension.
Everything on the card is from the design sheet, nothing added at all.
Now don't forget to pop over to the blog to grab today's massive discount code and check out my teamies makes.

Old Bags!

Good afternoon everyone. I'm here today with something new, and a little bit different for you from the talented Nikky Hall at Polkadoodles.
Polkadoodles sponsors the Passionate Paper Creations group and the founder of that group, Rhea Wigland is turning 50 today. So to celebrate that Nikky has drawn some fabulous new tongue in cheek images, and I was lucky enough to be asked to colour some up and join in the celebrations.
So here is the first of my makes for this.

I've used the "Scratch It" image and coloured it in with my Copic markers.
The papers and paper bow I've used are from the wonderful Winston Collection.

You can get the images HERE, and Nikky is doing some fab offers on them, so the more you buy the bigger discount you will get. And you will also get some FREE sentiments to use with them.

Dies

Good morning everyone, I'm here today with a make for We Do Doobadoo. The challenge this time is to enhance dies.
I have used a Sizzix crown die to match the image. I have then used the Kraft Crown which I have coloured with a Gold Pan Pastel. I have also used the Kraft Hearts and the laser cut Fence. I have aged the edges using the Orange Extra Dark Pan Pastel.
The image and bow are from the Winston CD from Polkadoodles, which is also available as an instant download.

A bit sketchy!

Good morning everyone, it's nearly the weekend so that must mean that it is a challenge day at Polkadoodles. The challenge set last week is to follow this sketch.
I have moved things around just a little and came up with this.
Everything on the card is from the adorable Winston CD, isn't he just the most handsome bear you have ever seen!!!! I have added faux stitching around the edge of the papers and hearts as it goes so well with the papers. I have used a pre-coloured image this week to show you just how fabulous they are if you can't or don't want to colour.
