Good morning everyone and a Happy New Year!
I haven't been around for a while even though I scheduled some posts at the end of last year as I went on a big adventure for four weeks. We went to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand, how lucky am I? I had an absolute blast. But I really missed crafting. Then we had a some not so nice events in the family, one being us losing one of our 18 1/2 year old fur babies. She got ill while we were away and we tried everything to save her but it was too much for her at her age bless her, so on Christmas eve sadly we had to say our goodbyes to our beautiful little girl Belle. She will now be reunited with her best mate Smokey at the Rainbow Bridge. Sweet dreams my little angel.
Now I have been so glad to get back in my craft room to take my mind off of things and my first make of the year is for the Polkadoodles challenge, and it is Tic Tac Toe. What is that I hear you ask. Well you choose a line from this little Tic Tac Toe board and make your creation based on that.
So I have chosen the left hand vertical line so my make had to include, a die cut, stitching and polka dots and here is my make.
I have used the
Octavia Bird in Hand digi from the
store, and she is coloured with my
Graph'It markers. The papers I have used are from the fabulous
Dollie Daydream Girl Talk collection which is available as a CD or a digital download! The die cut sentiment is from Tattered Lace and the stamped and die cut flowers are from Sizzix. As you can see I chose to use faux stitching on this make.
