Monochromatic
Good morning and happy choosday everyone. Yes it's that time of week again when we have a fabulous discount code for you over at the Digi Choosday blog. But don't forget it is only valid for today so get over to the blog and grab the code quickly!
This week our challenge is monochromatic so we want to see creations using the same colour all over, apart from skin and hair of course. You can use shades of one colour so it doesn't have to be all one shade. Here is my make.

As you can see I have used shades of green. I have coloured her with my green and grey green Graph'It Markers. Shabby Chic
Good morning all, it's very nearly the weekend, so that means it's Polkadoodles day! We have a new challenge starting at the blog today, and that challenge is "Shabby Chic" You can make anything you want from a card to home decor as long as it follows the challenge and a few simple rules that can be found in the sidebar on the blog.
Now here is my make.
Everything I have used is from the super cute Angelberry Christmas collection. I set the pink papers onto a Kraft card card base to start the look of, then I distressed the edges of the papers by sanding them and pierced some holes in it. I have layered everything up on 3D foam to make it pop more. I fussy cut around the pre-coloured image and also placed her onto 3D foam.

Shaped card
Good morning everyone. I'm here today with a new make for the Digi Choosday team.
Before I get onto my make I need to let you know that our lovely Nikky Hall is on C&C today at 10am with a fab new collection. You won't want to miss this, believe me!
I've managed to get this made in a few short visits to my craft room that I have managed to sneak in. I am seriously going stir crazy with this being poorly ill lark. Anyhow here is what I have made.
I have used a TL die to create the shape of the card. The papers, embellies and sentiment are all from the fab Home For Christmas collection. There are some truly stunning papers on this CD. The image, Ralph, is coloured with my Graph'It Markers and I have given him some texture with the Mix It Fluid and some velvet ribbon.
Now don't forget that because it's Digi Choosday that means that there is a fab discount code over on the blog, so bee sure to head over and get that as it only lasts for 24 hours.

Things with wings
Good morning everyone. I'm here with some mid challenge inspiration for the Polkadoodles challenge blog. The challenge that kicked off last week is Things With Wings and here is my make.
I've recently been away and got quite ill while I was there and unfortunately was still ill when I came home, which forced me to go to A&E this week. So I am on strict orders to take it easy and get plenty of rest, so I haven't been able to do much crafting. However I didn't want to let the team down this week so I did some digital crafting this time. I used the My Craft Studio Elite program to create this digital card which uses an image, papers, embellies and sentiments that are all on the fabulous Octavia Moonfly collection. I added a few shadows to things to try to make it look as "real" as possible. I don't think it's turned out too bad, what do you think?
