The image is from Polkadoodles and is called Maddie With Present and is coloured with my Graph'It Markers. I have used an embossing folder and a mask as an embossing folder and have gone over them with the pearlescent Pan Pastels.

A bit sketchy!

Good morning everyone, it's nearly the weekend so that must mean that it is a challenge day at Polkadoodles. The challenge set last week is to follow this sketch.
I have moved things around just a little and came up with this.
Everything on the card is from the adorable Winston CD, isn't he just the most handsome bear you have ever seen!!!! I have added faux stitching around the edge of the papers and hearts as it goes so well with the papers. I have used a pre-coloured image this week to show you just how fabulous they are if you can't or don't want to colour.

Buttons!

Good morning and happy choosday everyone. This week over at the Digi Choosday blog our challenge is Buttons. I love buttons, I have jars and jars of them, I must have thousands of them!
Anyway here is my make for this weeks challenge.
The cute image is from the digi store and is called Piper Playing. She is coloured with my Graph'It Markers. I have used paper and a sentiment from the Bonbon Belles CD, both of which fit perfectly with this theme. I have changed the colour in the MCS Elite program. I have then used a button embossing folder and finally added some real buttons. If you look closely you can see I have used a tiny button on  Pipers braces!

Something Masculine

Good morning everyone, hope you are all having a fantastic weekend. Last time over at the We Do Doobadoo Blog we had the challenge of Something Feminine, so of course this time we had to do Something Masculine! Here is my make:
The image is a cute little guy from the fab Pretty Tuff CD and is coloured with my Graph'It Markers.
The papers are from a Work & Play CD. I have used the Chicken Wire mask to emboss some card stock which I have distressed along with the papers. I have also used the mask with some cloud clay to make the tag. I have then used some honeycomb softboard and a cardboard art crown. Finally I have added a black pen line around the edge of everything.

Christmas in Blues & Purples

Good morning everyone, hope you have a very happy choosday! Today our challenge at the Digi Choosday Blog is Christmas in Blues & Purples. Here is my make for this week.
I decided to make some table place cards, but instead of the usual I decided to do it as a cracker and put a personal treat inside each one that I know they will love! I have printed papers and embellies from the Angelberry Christmas CD onto card stock and used a die to cut the crackers out. I took the baubles into MS Word and added the names onto them. I finished them off by tying them closed with coordinating bakers twine.

Have you joined our two Facebook pages for sneaky peeks of new products, inspiration from the DT and a place where our fabulous customers share their very own makes with us? Here are the links to the two pages. The first page is our very own Digi Choosday page, you can search for Digi Choosday Crafting or use this link:

The second page is called Polkadoodle Dandies and this is the link https://www.facebook.com/groups/polkadoodles/

Frame it

Good morning everyone, it's time for some mid challenge inspiration over the the Premium Craft Brands Blog. The challenge is "Frame It" and here is my piece.
I stamped a large butterfly stamp in white ink and embossed in white on black card. I then used the red, blue and yellow pearl Panpastels to colour the image in. I then embossed a frame on black card and used a Versamark ink pad over the embossing and then went over it with the yellow pearl Panpastel and it really makes it pop. It's so hard to get a good photo of the effect it gives, but believe me it is really nice!

Tag, you're it!

Good morning blogland. Today it's time for a new challenge at the Polkadoodles blog and this week the challenge we have been set is to make a tag. I have used the Wonderland stamp set and the Wonderland CD to create my tag. You can buy them as a bundle to save some money here. You save a whopping £4.98! I have cut the paper into squares to create a patchwork effect and inked the edges of all the squares before sticking them down. I then added faux stitching around the edges.

Travel/Holidays

Good morning everyone, I hope you all have a very happy Choosday. For our challenge this week at Digi Choosday the theme is Travel/Holidays, well as I'm sure you are all aware holidays are my favourite thing to do EVER, and I'm having serious withdrawals this year only having one holiday and a quick trip to Spain.
Anyway when I saw the new digi images in the Polkadoodles store one of them reminded me of me so much I had to have it. Why did it remind me of me I here you ask, well once when I went to visit my friend in Spain, she didn't recognise me as I had died my hair and I was wearing a hat! So the image is Maddie Twirling Curls and here she is!
I chose these two colours as they are my favourite colours and my hair used to be that shade of blue and at the moment is purple!
Maddie is coloured with my Graph'It markers and the papers and flowers are from the Dollie Goes East collection download . The postcard stamp and message are from the Postcard stamp set. The suitcase and caravan dies are from Tattered Lace.
